AI systems for American businesses
We build AI systems for American small and midsize businesses: proposals that write themselves, numbers that gather themselves, and customers who get answers right away, even outside business hours.
You see the system work for free, and only pay if you want to keep it.

From ten systems to one
The spreadsheets, the emails, the accounting, the binder on the shelf. We connect what you already use, let AI take the routines, and gather it all in one app built for exactly your business.
In practice
45 minutes of copy and paste from three old proposals, and a price you hope is right.
You say what the job is about. The agent writes the draft in four minutes, with the right prices pulled from your own numbers. You read it through and hit send.
Someone spends Sunday evening in Excel so the meeting has numbers to look at.
The dashboard pulled the numbers overnight: revenue, hours, and the two projects starting to slip. The meeting is about what you do with it.
It sits until tomorrow. The customer has had time to ask two competitors.
The agent answers right away, asks your follow up questions and books a site visit for Thursday. You see it in the app over breakfast.

Built by us
The dashboards, agents and data systems below are real, in production, and built by us, for our own companies and for clients.

AI agent + dashboard
A self built agent that monitors public tenders, scores every notice against the company profile and files the best ones straight into the CRM. In daily use at our own agency.

Control dashboard
Built for a client: Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Mailchimp in one screen that pulls the numbers itself. Delivered and in production. The numbers are blurred for the client's sake.
Finance, health and lifestyle apps in production on the App Store, built by our app developer Daan Koeman.
What we build
We do not do “everything AI”. We build four things, do them properly, and tell you if you do not need any of them.
An AI assessment is a systematic walkthrough of how a business works today, ending in a report with 5 to 7 concrete places artificial intelligence can save time, prioritized by impact and effort, and valued in dollars per year.
A control dashboard is one screen that pulls numbers automatically from the systems the business already uses, accounting, time tracking, sales and operations, and shows how the business is doing, without anyone collecting or punching in numbers by hand.
An AI agent is a program that carries out tasks on its own, reads inquiries, finds the right information, writes drafts and follows up, within rules you decide yourself, and with a human in the loop where it is needed.
A Second Brain is an AI knowledge base: a structured reference of everything the business knows, routines, prices, offers, agreements and customer history, organized so both employees and AI can search it and get an answer with a source.
How it works
A no obligation conversation of 15 to 30 minutes about how you actually work. We point at what costs the most time, and say it straight out if AI is not the answer to your problem.
We build a real, working demo with your workflow, not slides, not a twenty page proposal. You click around in it yourself, at your own pace.
If you like the demo, we agree on a fixed price and put the system into production. We look after security and updates, and keep building as the business grows. If you do not like it, we part as friends.
Why we work this way
What it costs
No hourly rates, no surprises at the end of the month. All prices exclude sales tax.
15 to 30 minutes on video. We find one bottleneck and give you one concrete suggestion you can use, even if you never become a client.
Book nowA full walkthrough with a report: 5 to 7 opportunities prioritized by impact and effort, the value in dollars, and a plan for the first four days.
Credited if you go ahead
Order an assessmentA dashboard, agent or knowledge base, built to completion and put into production. Fixed price agreed before we start, the demo is free either way.

Talk to usQuestions and answers
We build four things for American small and midsize businesses: an assessment that shows where you lose time, dashboards that gather your numbers automatically, AI agents that answer customers and write proposal drafts, and knowledge bases that let both people and AI find the answer. All at a fixed price, with a working demo before you pay.
Nothing. The first conversation is free, and the demo we build afterwards is free too. The first time you pay anything is when you have seen the system work and want it built to completion, at a fixed price agreed in advance. A full AI assessment with a report costs $990 excluding sales tax, and is credited if you go ahead.
No. You do not need to know what an agent, a model or an MCP is. You need to know how your business works, the rest is our job. Everything we deliver is made to be used by people who have a job to do, not by developers.
The assessment report is ready five business days after the interview, and a working demo is in place within a week. Most businesses have their first system in production within two to four weeks of the first conversation.
That is settled before we build: which data the system gets to see, where it is processed, and what is logged. A data processing agreement is in place before we touch customer data. And if the honest answer to a question is “an AI should not do that”, we say so.
Then we part as friends, and it has not cost you anything. That is the whole point of the way we work: the risk sits with us, not with you.
Speaks with what you already use
